Description

Black label with silver text, deep groove, original issue. Recorded "live" a the Storyville Club in Boston in 1956. 8 tracks with leader, Gerry Mulligan, baritone sax, piano; Bob Brookmeyer, valve trombone; Bill Crow, bass; Dave Bailey, drums. Magnificent cover photo by William Claxton.

Cover: VG(-) The top edge has completely split. The name of the previous owner and a number is written very lightly on the top margin of the back cover. This is slight and very faded. Minor aging on the back cover. Fine front cover.

Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. Played only a few times with care. No markings on the vinyl surface. No surface noise. Plays like new. Fine, collectable quality. Audibly checked.
