Description

For Sale is one (1) Gerry & The Pacemakers 33 1/3 rpm LP Original Soundtrack record “Ferry Cross The Mersey”.   United Artists Records / Capitol Record Club T-90812, issued 1965.  Machine stamped Matrix: Side One: P1; Side Two: P1. Musical Director: George Martin.  Rare Mail Order Cover issued only through the Capitol Record Club, and is totally different from the regular commercial issue.  Included are one track each with The Black Knights and Earl Royce & the Olympics.  The Cover is beautiful, very clean, no seams split or cut-outs, with corner point wear and spine paper flaking, and graded VG++ condition. The record and labels are beautiful, very clean, record retains its original luster - full gloss, with numerous very light surface slide hairlines and blemishes, plays with a light background surface noise - below the level of music and primarily on the dead wax between tracks, an excellent play through and rich Mono sound, and graded VG+ condition.
