Postage Options & Delivery:

We use custom designed high quality LP mailers to send your order.  This minimises the chances of any damage in transit.

Standard postage on all items sent to Australian addresses is FREE.  

The cost for posting to other countries is shown in the listing. Please select your country to view the cost.

Express postage can be added to your order, please select the option at checkout. You must select and pay for Express shipping on all items you want sent Express postage. 

Registered and Express post is available for most items for other countries (outside Australia).  We recommend you use this service if you are buying any items costing more than $75.

If you need to change your address once an order has been placed please notify us quickly - we aim to process all orders within a day of receipt!

(*) You can expect to receive your order typically within 3 to 4 working days from despatch in Melbourne and Sydney metro locations. Other areas will take longer, especially WA and regional locations.  Overseas orders take between 10 to 21 business days from despatch.  PLEASE NOTE: although these estimates are typical delays sometimes occur, per eBay "Delivery time may vary, especially during peak periods".  If you need your order by a certain date we recommend you use Express Post, however next day delivery is NOT guaranteed.

You can track your order at the Australia Post tracking web site (your tracking number will be provided to you when your order is despatched).   if your order has not arrived within the time expected please check with your local post office to see if your order is being held there.  Tracking is NOT available when purchasing single CDs/7" singles only.  Overseas buyers please note; AusPost Air Mail Parcel is NOT trackable, if you want your order tracked please chose AusPost Registered or AusPost Express Post International.

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns, even for change of mind (** Australia only).  

If you receive the wrong item, something is missing or damaged, or have changed your mind please contact us directly to arrange the return.  We will pay for your return costs (even for change of mind - Australia only) as long as you return the items using the packaging we sent your order to you in.

(**) return for change of mind will only be accepted in the condition received.  We can not accept change of mind where an item has been opened and used.

PLEASE NOTE: we aim for 100% accuracy, however occasionally we may be supplied with the wrong cover art or may not have the listed colour variant or edition. If you are seeking a specific cover, colour variant or limited edition please check with us first so we can ensure we despatch the correct version for you.

Most of the products we sell are sealed, however occasionally we may open an LP set to confirm the colour variant (if colour is shown in the listing above).
