Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of Gigi Gryce “Saying Somethin’” on the purple and silver labels of New Jazz NJLP 8230. The playing surface is virtually in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. Similarly, the laminated reverse-frame cover is virtually in new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate in every respect – with sharp corners and unworn seams; slight 1/8” bump at the top right corner; “Preview Copy” stamped on the right edge of the back slick. Glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Richard Williams, Richard Wyands, Reggie Workman, and Mickey Roker. $200.00.
