RARE ORIGINAL BRAZILIAN PRESSING of this Tropicalia gem - Gilberto Gil's superb third album! With arrangements by the legendary Rogerio Duprat, you know you are in for a treat - great fuzzy psych vibes, funky grooves, Tropicalia weirdness... Features members of Os Mutantes too. THIS IS THE FIRST MONO PRESSING (Brazil did not start pressing albums in stereo until 1971) and has clearly been very well looked after! This is an ideal one for any serious collector of Brazilian music - essential!! Hard to find now, especially in such amazing shape! You will be not be disappointed! Don't miss out!
Vinyl is in EX(+) condition : a few light marks, plays great with some light surface noise as to be expected from Brazilian pressings, overall this is a great pressing - very loud and full of punch and quality, great stuff!
Laminated sleeve is in EX condition : one of the nicest examples I have ever seen, light disc imprint, opening edges have a few tiny tears (see 3rd and 4th pics), all laminate intact, edges and spine are great, back is very clean and has yellowed a little around the edges, a lovely example overall!
