THIS HAS COME FROM A VERY WELL-PRESERVED COLLECTION - NEARLY ALL OF THE RECORDS ARE EX+ OR BETTER - SOME VERY RARE STUFF TO COME OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS - BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED!!
RARE UK 1970 PRESSING of Giles, Giles & Fripp's legendary eponymous album - that's right, that's Robert Fripp on the right! Musically the album is a very diverse mixture of psychedelic, excellent late 60s pop with some Bonzos/Pythonesque humour thrown in for good measure. Can't go wrong! Legend has it that the first pressing only sold around 500 copies (although this is according to Fripp himself) so why it was repressed in 1970 is anybody's guess, presumably to cash in on the Crimson hype. It's a stunning copy in incredible shape, the best I have ever seen! If you want a keeper copy than this is it! These hardly ever turn up, especially in such great shape!! You will not be disappointed!! Beautiful item and in fantastic shape too! I doubt I'll find one of these in this shape again! Great stuff! Don't miss out!
Vinyl is in EX++ condition : simply flawless, no visible marks, looks and sounds superb, virtually good as new!!
Laminated sleeve is in EX(+) condition : lovely shape, three corner bumps (see 3rd, 4th and 5th pics), other than this it is in lovely shape, very minimal wear, spine and edges are great, back is very prone to wear but this is a fine example with only the lightest wear, great example
