Description

New seller, old records. Up for auction is a decent copy of a hot sounding Biker, Hotrod,  Outcast Instrumental LP by THE CHAMPS, titled GO CHAMPS GO. Original US "grooved center label" CHALLENGE RECORDS MONO PRESSING. Vinyl 12" looks VG+, plays VG++, Outer Cover Jacket is VG to VG+
THE CHAMPS GO CHAMPS GO LP 1959 US PRESSING, CHALLENGE RECORDS CHL-601 Wide-Grooved Center Label with Blue and Silver Colored Printing. Heavy and thick vinyl pressing, brilliant MONO sound reproduction Twelve (12) Songs, Tequila, Robot Walk, Night Beat, El Rancho Rock, Sky High Go Champ Go, Midnighter, Train To Nowhere, others
Visually 12" 33rpm Vinyl Record Album has some light scuffs, small non-feelable scratches, or visual hairlines, nothing major or noticeable on playback or soundback tests. Plays loud, clear, crisp and mostly clean, a few light tics but nothing more. Visually looks VG+, plays and sounds VG++. Center label has some record center spindle marks on both sides of center label, one side has light to some "tearing" around center hole (see photograph)
Outer cover jacket is decent looking but not near mint. Nice and bright front cover photo has decent color, some record to record wear damage near bottom edge, dents in three corners, split spline edge all along distance of spline, 2" inch splits at top two corners (left and right) 3" inch splint near center on bottom seam, (Lots of splits-Cover is similar to a "Crown Records" super thin on spline and seams. Back cover has age wear "spotting or water marks" near bottom edge,  $3.95 price in pencil near top right corner on back cover.  Not the best cover but an original 1959 Vinyl LP Pressing which plays and sounds very nice.
