The condition of the overall magazine is EXCELLENT+++ Condition overall
The Front Page is in EXCELLENT
The Back Page has some age discolouration and is overall in EXCELLENT
The magazine has some age discolouration please see pics
The Cover spine fold is in VERY GOOD+ A FEW SMALL HOLES AND TINY TEARS
The inside of the magazine (in between the front and back cover) is overall in EXCELLENT CONDITION
There are age spots on some pages - nothing that detracts from the magazine overall - a great example!!!!!
ELVIS POSTER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION
This magazine has always been stored flat not folded
A great example of a very rare magazine!!!
