The cover has a great colorful picture of different types of trains, workmen and people on the trains.
The back of the cover has pictures of a children playing and titles of other Golden LP Records.

- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VGVG (Both sides have some scribbling, which can be seen under a light. Both sides also have wear around the center hole)
- Sleeve: VGVG (There is tape on all three closed edges. Some wear along the open edge. Both sides have surface wear from record.)
Overal,l still in good condition, considering the age.
