Golden Smog Down By The Old Mainstream

Golden Smog could be described as an alternative-country-rock-fluid-super-group.  It's members have all played with various known bands - WILCO, Jayhawks, Replacements, Soul Asylum, the Honeydogs and Big Star.  Members come and go with the decision to play a gig or record an album.

Down By The Old Mainstream is the band’s first release, originally coming out in 1995 on Rykodisc.  This is a copy of the Run Out Groove Limited Edition reissue from 2018 (there were only1755 copies pressed).  It is a brand new,SEALED 2-LP set pressed on marbled brown vinyl.
