Description

Massively rare and hard to find copy of the 1972 gospel/rock/folk/psychedelia LP New Life by Salvation Army group Good News, released on BBC Records (Stereo RESR 29S) produced by Ralph Rolls.

For aficionados of Christian rock and psychedelia, this is a real gem, mixing fuzzed up guitar rockers with gentler psych/folk numbers, led by lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Bill Davidson, formerly of the Salvation Army's 60s beat group The Joystrings.

  • Matrix / Runout (A-Side): RESR + 29 + 1 + 2
  • Matrix / Runout (B-Side): RESR + 29 + 2 + 3

Sleeve: VG+++ - some very minor marks and bottom edge needs glueing.
Vinyl: EX for the vast majority of the record, just a couple of pops at the start of track 1 side 1. Very heavyweight vinyl!

Definitely one for collectors!

Postage and Packing: UK £3.50 (First Class), Europe £6.50, International £10
