Up for auction is a NM (played once) 2002 German (Discogs states UK) reissue of The Graham Collier Septet's fantastic 1967 session for Deram, "Deep Dark Blue Centre". Great UK 60s jazz. Culled from 2 January 1967 sessions. Features a who's who of players including Kenny Wheeler, Mike Gibbs, Karl Jenkins, Phil Lee, Harold Beckett and John Marshall. Vastly underrated (and unheard) lp.
DEAD WAX INFO: Side 1 & 2 both have B258590 01 A1 HL all stamped into the dead wax. One and only reissue, circa 2002. Discogs claims UK origin, but rear cover implies Germany. VINYL VISUAL: NM with no issues worth mention.
VINYL PLAY GRADE: NM and listened to only once. Great fidelity.
COVER VISUAL: NM at best with no issues except some minor creasing bottom right front. Hype stickers still on full shrink (see pictures).
Includes printed insert with liner notes by Collier himself. Vinyl is held in original die-cut paper inner (which I have lined with an Audiophile style rice plastic inner).

After a bit of a respite from selling on Ebay, I am back and will be selling a ton of stuff over the next few years. My tastes run all over the map, so there will be something for everyone. All opened items will be visually AND aurally graded. All Dead Wax info will be listed. Play grade is done on a Thorens TD 165 through Yamaha amplification and JBL reference headphones (treble set high so there will be no surprises when you get the item).
ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH PROPER MAILERS AND EXTRA PADDING, PARTICULARLY AT THE CORNERS. I HAVE MADE FAR TOO MANY PURCHASES ON EBAY WHERE THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED WITH DINGED CORNERS DUE TO INADEQUATE PACKAGING MATERIAL. BY USING FOLDED BUBBLE WRAP IN ALL FOUR CORNERS, YOU CAN BE ASSURED OF AN ITEM WITHOUT DINGED CORNERS (OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND FOR THAT MATTER). Non-tracked shipping throughout the U.S.A will be $13 CANADIAN per item, as will tracked shipping within Canada. Tracked shipping to the U.S.A. will be $16 CANADIAN for items under 500g, and slightly more for items over 500g. Most single sleeve items can be shipped as under 500g. Gatefolds and multi-sets will be over 500g.
Being a reasonable person, I will be absorbing ALL of the shipping material cost, and some of the actual postage cost.
If you have issue with an item, PLEASE work with me to achieve an outcome that will be to your satisfaction. I do offer full refunds (excluding cost to get it back to me), on any item that is not satisfactory. SINCE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA IS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE (Thank You Canada Post), I will rarely list gatefolds or multi-items for sale overseas. IF ANYONE OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA IS CRAZY INTERESTED IN ANY ITEM, I WILL QUOTE SHIPPING ON REQUEST. Since a lot of the stuff that I will be selling is of higher end quality, rarely will things be offered overseas. Sorry folks. Again, I can consider requests on an item-by-item basis.
