CONDITION (ALL RECORDS ARE VISUALLY GRADED USING "GOLDMINE" STANDARDS): Cover is in VG+ (seam split bottom 3", top 1"), Obi is in VG+++ (very minor edge tear. some surface marks on back. some fold marks of back), Record is in EX+ (also some stains on label).
