Hello. For your consideration is this brand new factory sealed Grateful Dead live at the Hampton Coliseum on 5/4/79. This is a 2-lp, 180gm set in a full artwork covered gatefold. The art was done by Kyle Fields. This was Brent’s 3rd show playing with the Dead. A must have for you Brent heads!

There is one flaw...the plastic seal is the type that has the perforated strip-edge, for opening it easy. As you can see in the last photo, there is about 7 inches where it has split on the perforation (see photo 12). Obviously, you would remove this to get to the lps, so this is just a cosmetic flaw that will be gone once you open it. There is also a tiny bump on the bottom front right corner (see photo 11). This takes nothing away from the magic inside, the live Dead from 1979! The track lists and some album info are below.

The 2-LP set features most of the band’s first-ever show at Hampton Coliseum from May 4, 1979 (and third with keyboardist Brent Mydland). The producers are listed as the Grateful Dead and the band’s legacy manager David Lemieux. Lacquers were cut by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman mastering, the release was pressed at RTI on two 180-gram LPs and housed in an old-school style gatefold jacket.
