Up for bid is a rare white label promo radio station service copy of WS1893, American Beauty by the Grateful Dead. Finding white label promos with the white radio station service strip on the front cover with listed songs is something that one rarely gets access to. The cover has ring wear and some rugged seam edges on the front. The backside has some white areas bleeding thru the black background which is common with older LPs that has normal wear. I would grade the cover as VG+. The white label is very nice. There are a couple of spindle marks on one side and is clean on side one. A couple of very light pen or pencil lines over 1 and 4 on side two. Vinyl has excellent gloss and luster with a few stray light lines on both sides. I would give the vinyl a grade of VG++. This would be a great addition for grateful dead collectors as well as the collector looking for rare, iconic LPs.
