Description
In 30 years of collecting records, I have never once come across this set of Grateful Dead live LPs.
The Grateful Dead Europe 72 is a 3LP set in a spine that is about a centimetre wide. This set includes the colour booklet.
This is an original Australian pressing. Discogs mentions that there has only ever one release of this in Australia.
condition
The LPs are in incredibly good condition. I would rate them as VG++ or NM. There is no visible surface marks on them. Only the odd bit of dust.
The cover on the other hand has done its job to protect the records and shows signs of wear including some water damage. The main area of damage is inside the gate fold where it appears the two covers have stuck together and as a result a reasonable section of the top right hand corner has been damaged. Small traces of mould confirm that it is probably water damage. (See pics)
From the outside the cover is quite acceptable. And certainly when you look at the quality of the LPs inside this is a very rare item to find.
