🌌 Limited Edition Visual Trip – Picture Disc with Stroboscopic Surprise

Celebrate 50 years of cosmic Dead with this stunning 2024 picture disc reissue of From the Mars Hotel, originally released in 1974. Pressed in a limited edition of just 7,500 copies, this officially licensed collector’s item features mind-bending artwork that reportedly comes alive under a strobe light—a visual callback to the band’s legendary light shows and psychedelic roots.

While I haven’t tested it myself (no strobe light here), the disc is designed so that the repeating graphic appears to animate under flickering light at certain speeds—especially with a turntable strobe or synced phone flashlight.
