Subject: the old testament it's been said that cornell'77 was the holy grail of shows and that may be true in some way but this one is was unprecedented in its impact with the first presentation of over 12 new songs that wouldn't appear on record till the following year and that it was broadcast live throughout the new york area creating an instant bootleg for thousands of heads. and then there was the high energy performances that were totally inspiring. still gives me chills 40 plus years later.”
