Grateful Dead Self Titled MONO.
First pressing of The Grateful Dead’s debut album.
Cover is well worn with a large seam split along the bottom. Previous owners name is written on the cover and the label. Labels have signs of heavy wear over the years.
Vinyl surface is G+ with surface marks throughout both sides. When played on my record player, there is surface noise throughout but no sticks or skips. However, this doesn’t guarantee that there won’t be any issues on your machine since everybody’s setup is different. If your receiver has a mono switch the surface noise is reduced, but still present.
The good news is that the big full mono mix can cut through some of the noise and is still a very musical, enjoyable experience.
This is a great way to hear a very hard to find mix without destroying your wallet. If you have any questions, please ask.
