About This Record: This is an original copy of the Grateful Dead's first and best LP in its scarcest form! This is a MONO white label promo copy. It has been in my collection for more than 20 years. All my records are guaranteed to ensure your satisfaction. See my feedback; my only negative feedback is due to retaliation by a seller because of negative feedback I left for that seller. Note that I do not use the EX grade so my VG+ = EX to EX+. I grade conservatively. People love my VG records!
The Labels There is no writing or price sticker damage on the labels. They are VG++; close to near mint; just minor wear. Extremely difficult if not impossible to upgrade!
The Vinyl: The vinyl looks an OK VG+ because of a few paper marks and cover marks from sliding the vinyl in and out. Full lustre. No stylus marks. Dead quiet between almost all tracks. The wlp vinyl weighs 138 grams; 10% more than the regular black vinyl (127 grams)! It plays near mint on my Rockport Sirius turntable and Benz Ruby 3 cartridge!
The Cover: The cover is near mint with slight corner wear top right. Impossibe to upgrade. The spine and all wording is pristine in color and structure, as are the seams except for minor corner wear.
