Great driving Up - Tempo RnB Dancer by VERNON GARRETT titled " SHINE IT ON " / " THINGS ARE LOOKING BETTER " released on KENT 459. This is a great Up - Tempo dancer with typical strong lead male vocals from this popular artist with great backing track with guitar , piano and horns throughout . A cracking dance tune that has been played on the scene for years in the RnB rooms.   

Vynil is VG++ has a few very light paper marks plays great . Labels show slight ring wear with no tears or stickers see scan
