Description

Great Shakes Promotional Record for General Foods
This unusual Record is a Promotional Record for the General Foods product called "Great Shakes" which was an instant milkshake product. 
The Record states "Produced by Ogilvy and Mather, Inc." which is a marketing company. 
There are 6 "Tracks" on the record, each of which are around one minute long.  The first four  feature Radio Advertisements / Commercials with Famous Bands of the day singing the "Great Shakes" jingle. 
The Tracks are: 

  1. The Tokens
  2. The Chiffons
  3. The Yardbirds
  4. Dusty Springfield
  5. Fashion TV
  6. Sports TV
The Record also states "Not for Broadcast Use" which makes it seem like it could be a promotional record to demonstrate the jingles to the radio station. 
I could not find any specific information on this record on eBay or through Google searches. 
The Record is 10" and is 33 1/3 speed.  It is in Excellent Condition with no visible scratches or wear.  The sound quality appears to be excellent.
