Important Note:
Please carefully inspect each photo of the item, as I do not accept returns. Every product I list is thoroughly checked to ensure there are no major damages that would render the item unusable. If an item has a minor issue that doesn’t affect its function, I always mention it in the description, leaving it up to you to decide if it meets your criteria. Rest assured, if a product is listed, it’s because it can be used without problems; these notes are simply for full transparency.
The no-return policy does not mean I sell damaged goods; rather, it’s in place due to past issues with returns where items were sent back that weren’t the same as those originally shipped. Unfortunately, some people take advantage of the system, disregarding the hard work and effort put in by small sellers like myself. This does not mean I believe you would do the same, but I want to be transparent about why this policy is in place.
I am not a large corporation; I am just an ordinary person striving to move forward and take joy in each sale I make. I aim to highlight every detail of each item to the best of my ability. In extreme cases, like when a product arrives damaged due to shipping (which has happened once before), I always work out a satisfactory resolution with the buyer.
I wanted to explain why I don’t accept returns, but rest assured, you can buy with confidence knowing that I am dedicated to providing quality items. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
