Group Doueh- Treeg Salaam, released by Sublime Frequencies (SF048) in 2009 out of Seattle, WA.
*This is an unbelievable release of blistering North African electric guitar music. This is Doueh's second album for the great Sublime Frequencies label. Their debut was the first LP release on the label and introduced the world to this incredible music. Their highly unique sound combines traditional Saharan music with a very raw spirit associated with primitive American R&B, punk & psychedelic rock. This is jaw-dropping stuff, and it's especially impressive that these are modern recordings! Released by one of the absolute finest record labels today, this was a one-time pressing of 1,500 copies and immediately went out-of-print!*
