 VG++ shows minor results of being  removed from a paper sleeve, play grades  at VG++ sounds great; "Chad Allan +  Reflections" written on label (this was  their name when they released their  previous 45s, they had just changed it  from Reflections to Expressions). Matrix  reads 1691 SIDE 1 LN//1691 SIDE 2 LN

Cover Grade:

 Plain paper sleeve, as the record originally  came in. We will throw in as extras a  Quality company sleeve from the 60s.

Notes:

 Unusual & rare promo sent out by Quality  to create impression that the 45 was by a  mystery British Invasion group. It was only  sent to radio stations, there were no more  than 50 made. They came with white  labels, there was no mention of Quality  Records (see youtube link). Someone was  able to  "guess who" & wrote the name  CHAD  ALLAN & THE REFLECTIONS on  the  label. The only other copy to show up  on  Ebay was 8 years ago! The record  came  from the collection of someone who  worked in radio from the 1950's to the 80s.
