This is a copy of the very rare Guided By Voices album Propeller #122/500 never opened except at edge to be signed by Tobin Sprout. The cover, both front and back, is a one of a kind artwork piece. The picture on the front is of Tobin Sprout's brother, Jeff taken back in the late 1980's. The picture is captioned with "tell me about her, Jack".
