Let me start by saying I don’t want to sell this. I bought this in mint condition six years ago on ebay and have kept it on lock down. I’ve kept it away from air, fingers and everything that might hurt it.
But... one night a few years back I committed the cardinal sin and opened it and played it. Know what? It was greatness. F*cking magical. After that night I sealed it up and put it back in the vault. A few people have told me that was a stupid thing to do, but I am a huge GBV fan. It was hard to let it just sit there unplayed. Especially when I was in the mood for one of the greatest records of all time hand numbered and molested by Bob Pollard himself!
This particular #114 has been in the great GBV documentary “Watch Me Jumpstart”. It is also pictured on the Scat vinyl re-release (2005) on the cardstock collection of various other Propellers (see attached pic).
So here it is, only played once and now it can be yours. It will make your life better. I paid over $1,000 for this thing and have never in my life made such a ridiculous purchase. For that reason I will not let it go for less than $500. That’s a deal for you. And if you disagree then don’t write me. Don’t even look at it. Shut the browser window now because you are an unappreciative ass jacket.
Shipping is $20, insurance is mandatory and I will pack this thing in a layered tank of cardboard. If you live outside USA (the lower 48 states) I might need to adjust the shipping cost. PayPal encouraged.
