Comments: Early Link Wray (he is Bert) teaming up with Ray Searce. A-side is slow as the title proclaims, with obvious influence from Santo and Johnny who had their first hit with “Sleep Walk” the same year. B-side is a mid-tempo laid-back 12-bar walking blues rocker. By the way, this is the second release on Alpine back in 1959, whose main claim to fame came the following year with the release of Carole King’s answer song “Oh, Neil”.
Please also check my other Surf, Rock & Teen 45's listed this week. Many obscurities.
