Description
1988 LP on Geffen / UZI Suicide Records, the inscription in the dead wax area is GHS 24198 SRI DMM SP4-1 Sterling. This has the original shrink wrap, although there are a couple tears to the shrink wrap. There is a ding to the lower right corner of the jacket. Some scratches to the record label around the spindle hole on both sides. There is a light bit of soiling to the inner sleeve at the bottom right back. I try to grade very conservatively, this is in excellent condition.
This LP matches the description for a first USA printing, described on Discogs: "US first edition inner sleeve was censored with a black bar across nude. Original cover reads "Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years" (later replaced by "LIES! LIES! LIES!") on lower left hand side, and right middle reads "Ladies, welcome to the dark ages" in upper/middle right (later replaced by "Elephant gives birth to midget".)" _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
