Description
Guns 'n' Roses - Appetite For Destruction Geffen Records 1987 (cat no. 924 148-1/WX 125) first pressing of this iconic masterpiece with the banned robot cover and most importantly with first pressing matrixes and stampings namely: Alsdorf 924148-1-A/Alsdorf 924148-1-B. Record graded as per the strict guidelines used in The Record Collector Magazine. Vinyl retains a lovely sheen and only exhibits a few very light paper scuffs. Upon playback the record plays with some surface noise (''crackling'' as well as an occasional ''pop'' in places. The outer cover exhibits no rips or tears but quite a lot of edge & corner wear and light creasing. The inner lyric picture sleeve exhibits light creasing and scuffing and its bottom edge has also been cellotaped in the past. All in all though a very nice copy of a rare first pressing of this record.
