This item is a rarity! Unfortunately, it is not factory sealed BUT the factory plastic wrap is still in tact- sort of. There are very minuscule signs of wear and tear- and although it has been very well taken care of since I purchased it in the 1990's, it is not in that perfect condition we all hope things would be. It's still a beauty, though. 
What sets this piece of Guns N Roses history apart is the rare orange pressed vinyl record. That was a limited run with no specific number of orange records out there. This is truly a diamond in the rough, so to speak of GnR rock and roll memorabilia history. 
This was Guns N Roses last studio album for 15 years before Chinese Democracy came out. This is one piece of memorabilia for any GnR fan out there and any collector of rarities and odd things to collect.
