Cover is VG+. 3 inch top center and 1 inch lower seam split at opening spine with some ring wear and discoloring, light edge and corner wear. Crayon mark on upper left seam and onto back cover. Some water staining on back cover. Record is VG+++, no scratches, clean record and labels.
