This auction is for the rare LP:
HACKLEBARNEY GREG BROWN * DICK PINNEY
(recorded live at Charlotte’s Web Rockford, IL. Jan 30 – Feb 3, 1974) (no inner sleeve, but there are what looks to be 3 original lyrics sheets)
I am not a professional grader, so I am not going to give this record a grade. I will describe to the best of my ability. The cover is in pretty decent shape. The record looks pretty clean, but it does not lay completely flat which is apparent when it is turning on the turntable. However, my average turntable has no problem playing it through. I have played both sides completely through and it had no skips. There is a bit of surface noise (light crackles) throughout most (but not all) of the record. Since these songs are played and sung so softly, it is more apparent than if this was a hard rock record. Still (to me) they were not loud enough or strong enough to detract from enjoying the songs. There is a name written on the label of side 2.
