”Hair” was a rock-group. Place & Time: Denmark, early 70ies. A bit on the side line in relation to the somewhat inbred Danish hippie “milieu” of that time. The group featured a - for that particular time and place - distinctly international sound, drawing on inspiration from such different names as The Doors, Tim Buckley and Vanilla Fudge. “Hair” released one self-produced album in 1970, plus a handful of singles. The LP, “Piece”, has for many years been a top-ranking discophile rarity from that period, and vinyl-copies are sold at record-fairs and internet-auctions at prices up to 400 US$.

'Hair' played long dynamic songs with overwhelming fuzztone guitar, semi-classical organ and good vocals. The album concluded with a long version of 'Piece (Of My Heart)
