Record is visually excellent; thick-paper POSTER INSERT FOLDED in a square (will be mailed as-folded), ink marks on blank back; outer envelope sleeve has been cut open at top, has price sticker on front;  glue has separated on one side of pouch of fold-over inner sleeve.
