Hamilton – A-side Jet Set Girl – B-side Methodone and Coconuts
Muscle Music SJP 806 MUS 001 – ?1979
Both songs by Stewart Gray and Jim Hamilton
Side A run off has – SJP 806 A1
Side B run off has – SJP 806 B1
Jet Set Girl (side A) looks like it has had very little play. There is a tiny bit with some “crackles” about half way through but there is no obvious reason for this – there is no sign of damage to the record. There are also some crackles on the run in and run out. The centre label has only the tiniest of marks at the spindle hole - no rips, tears, etc.
Metodone and Coconuts (side B) has some very shallow scratches and plays with some light “crackles” mainly early in the track. There are also some crackles on the run in and run out. The centre label has some marks at the spindle hole caused by light rubbing of the spindle - no rips, tears, etc.
The original white paper sleeve has seen better days – it is intact but has lots of marks and staining. I will include a new white paper sleeve as well as the original one.
Apparently this single scores 3.5 out of 5 stars for collectability in Mario Panciera's book 45 Revolutions
