TITLE/ARTIST: This ultra rare, very first LP release by the legendary 1950's-'60's R'n'R/R'n'B singer/songwriter, Hank Ballard, is from back in 1957. It is on the original, black with silver lettering, King Label, and is in very good overall condition (please see the pics above and read on). This classic LP is entitled "Their Greatest Hits" on the record's label, but does say "Their Greatest Jukebox Hits" on the jacket - which I believe is an original 1st pressing. Both the jacket and the vinyl's label have the same King Record's ID number (541). In addition to this, the LP apparently came with two different jackets, and I have both of them. This is the white, "jukebox" cover - which I believe was the very 1st copy - but I'll be listing the 2nd, more colorful jacket either later today or tomorrow as well. OK, so all of this these issues have me more than a bit confused, but I'll just let you more intelligent bidders/buyers educate me - although regardless of any and all jacket/label variations, both LPs appear to be highly valued and very collectible. Hank Ballard wrote and sang many R'n'R/R'n'B songs from this period in time and 12 of them appear on this album (see above pics for all the titles). As already mentioned, the LP appears to me to be in real nice overall condition, especially the vinyl - but please read on. LABEL INFO: This original, black with silver print, King Label (541) is clean and nice - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me very little actual play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also shiny, clean and nice with nothing in need of a mention either. To be honest, it appears to be almost as nice as the day it was first purchased. JACKET INFO: The jacket's front and back sides are very clean and free of any mentionable flaws, however the seams have a couple of issues. There are 8" seam splits on both the top and bottom seams, and the vertical seam has several small scuff marks on it. But again, the entire front and back sides are as good as can be expected - no real issues at all. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion, this ultra rare, highly collectible LP is primarily very clean and nice, especially the label and the vinyl -  not to mention how very difficult it is to find, so please have at it. As always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have not listed it with any reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck!. The charges for overseas are $23.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that.
