Description
This is a near mint LP from Hank Ballard & The Midnighters titled "What You Get When The Gettin Gets Good" on the Charly Records label catalog number CRB-1090. Charly Records of England has always been highly regarded by record collectors as a source of high quality pressings of classic recordings.
This 16 song compilation of hit songs recorded by Hank Ballard between 1954 &1961 was licensed from Gusto/King Records and released in 1985. It includes the original recording of “The Twist” which was written and first recorded by Hank Ballard.
The record is from my personal collection, was purchased new and played only on a high end turntable. It looks and plays like a brand new record. The labels are in excellent condition.
The beautiful gate-fold outer jacket is in near mint condition, clean and solid all around. It contains informative liner notes as well as musician listings for each song. The original plain white paper inner sleeve is in perfect condition.
I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for further protection.
Shipping to the USA will be via USPS Media Mail.
