HANK WILLIAMS III/3 "Straight To Hell" PIC DISC OOP

You are bidding on this completely out of print promotional only picture disc LP of Hank III's "Straight To Hell". This is actually the only vinyl release of ANY of Hank William the 3rd's music, as his label has made almost exclusively CDs. This is a wild ride of a record, featuring the hidden track from the "Straight To Hell" album, as well as dubbed out mixes, ghostly train whistles, all sorts of haunted and elegant music from the demented and warped side of Hank 3's musical personality. This record was never sold in any store, only offered up as a promotional item to raffle off in record stores or to service to radio strations. Impossibly rare and stunningly presented in a beautiful piece of sonic artwork. Pretty stellar stuff, and a must for any fan of Mr. Three.

This record has been cleaned on a professional grade VPI record cleaning machine. Having inspected the vinyl and sleeve under a 200 watt bulb, I would describe both as near mint minus--the vinyl is pressed onto a full color image, but even upon very very close inspection it shows only a few extremely faint marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. The record is packaged in a heavy mylar sleeve, and the original insert is in perfect condition as well.
