HAPPY THE MAN - MAKING MONSTERS - DOUBLE LP
Not The USA Prog Band, but a Private UK Release from 1987 and a real labour of love by some big Genesis Fanatics if the dedications on the sleeve are anything to go by!..Dedicated to Geoff Callingham (Genesis Engineer) and Genesis themselves as well as a track titled 'Hack It' (geddit?!)
Whilst I would suggest most of the first album falls under 'Progressive Pop' due in large part to the use of Drum machines, it really comes into its own on the second album where the Hackett style guitar sound comes in more, and in particular the lengthy two tracks on Side four where the 'Duke' era influence can be heard clearly.

DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: light wear to corners, otherwise lovely..nice and clean: EX
VINYL -RECORD ONE: a few light surface marks....plays fine with surface static between tracks, but nothing very noticeable in the songs themselves...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...nice clear sound: VISUAL VG+ / AUDIO VG+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
