From 1971, comes Harry Partch with his LP Delusion Of The Fury on Columbia M230576 two LP set plus bonus LP. Delusion Of The Fury is a ritual of dream and delusion. Ensemble of unique instruments conducted by Danlee Mitchell, supervised by Harry Partch. Harry Partch's music is so avant-garde and unusual that much of it has to be performed on custom instruments of his own design! This set comes with a special bonus record available only with this LP, entitled The Instruments Of Harry Partch. Includes an 8 page booklet with color photos of the various instruments that he designed over the years. The whole set comes housed in a thick box.
