Completely overlooked when it was first released and quickly deleted, original copies of Spiral have long been the Holy Grail for collectors, changing hands for ridiculous money. This album crosses over onto the jazz-lounge scene where Spiral is right up there with Roy Budd's Get Carter score. The famous title track features the vocals of Claire Torrey who contributed to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon."
