Description
This is an original pressing on the ESP label Oro, Cat# ORO-5 (Stereo) The condition of the cover is (Near Mint)still in it's original 'shrink wrap' all the seams are 'tight and clean' and all the cornersare 'square' (looks like new) The condition of the vinyl is also (Near Mint) printed on a White label that is clean and free of spindle wear, the wax is bright and shiny with only a few light 'paper' type marks or 'shadows' The fidelity is exceptional! The disc looks and plays like NEW! The track listing is: (A) Feed Me Good/ Barret's Bag/ Ngoma/ Oua-Train (B) Welcome To The Party/ Santa Cruz and Tico! Released circa 1969 this is one of the Rarest and Best Afro-Latin-Jazz-Funk Lp's around! Montego Joe wrote two of the tunes as well as writing the "liner notes" He became involved with "Harlem Youth Oppurtunities, Unlimited" (Haryou Act.) in 1965, and was the groups 'mentor' for many years. There are some 11 regular members all between the ages of 16 -19, as well as 4 others who sat-in as the 'horn' section. Again...this is a "mega-rare" "Classic" LP! So, if ya' need it, grab it...ya' might not see this again for quite a long time, if ever! "Fuega!" Good luck,God bless & Peace!
