Condition Cover: Nice and clean, only slight signs of age in the edges. Very little ringwear on back. On front some trace of the label (see scan) and a bit discoloration.
Condition Record: The record is also nice and shiny. It has been played, visible on spindle marks, but has been obviously carefully handled. Side 1 is nice, no marks, a bit dirt. M-. Side 2 contains three superficial marks/lines, I could see under strong light, VG +. I listened to this side and it plays fine.

I'm grading serious and in a conservative manner. My gradings are (in descending quality): M, NM, M-, VG+, VG...
