Description
Original 11" one-sided 78 rpm Test Pressing of Mauna Kea by Sol Hoopii & His Novelty Quartet. This track was released on Brunswick # 55082 in 1934 & carried the Matrix # LA357A - the Matrix on this copy is LA357B (Alt Take?). I am not sure if this is the released version or alternate take (it has 2nd written on the label). I will be listing several more 1930s Hawaiian Test Pressing 78s today so be sure to check my other auctions - combine wins to save on shipping.
Record visually grades VG++ it probably hasn't been played much. Label is handwritten & shows light storage wear.
