The Outstanding Hawkwind First Album.!!!.
The Record is in Excellent condition. The Labels are excellent, Both Labels are very clean and show only minimum of signs of any spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre holes. There is no writing or stickers on the labels.
The record plays excellent, virtually no detectable background noise when played, quiet between tracks which is always a good sign. Very slight noise to start of run ins where needle has dropped, as is quite common on records that have been played, some very light background on the quietest parts, overall it plays excellently.
The Vinyl surface is very good, clean with a great sheen, superb reasonably thick very early 1970's Vinyl. Some light feint marks on both sides visible under bright light, there are no deep surface marks or scratches, and the record plays through excellently on both sides!. Overall record is in excellent condition.
The Sleeve is in excellent condition, thick card gatefold sleeve with a Full Matt Finish Sleeve, there are No nasty grubby marks, writing or unwanted stickers. some very light edge and corner wear, particularly to extreme edges/bottom right corner has a 10mm split on very edge, through storage, but not noticable. There are No nasty creases, No tears to the edges, No writing, stickers or rips. No severe creasing around opening edges of cover, the opening edges are still reasonably sharp and show only minor signs of wear. The spine is quite thick and rigid, some very light wear to surface, but most important, all of the text is intact. Original Gatefold Sleeve printed and made by E.J. Day.
Record comes complete with the Original Paper Inner Sleeve.
I have included with the album a Photo Copy of the rare original Space Ritual Booklet, which I believe was issued with the very first cpoies of the Space Ritual Double Album releases. This is included for "interest only" and despite the Psychedelic Space nonsense does make interesting reading!!!!. For clarification, please note that this booklet is a Photo copy NOT an original copy.
Rare Liberty Record, not been to "outer space" or "spaced out" 70's Parties and as a result has survived and has not beeen trashed as most of the copies of this record were !!!!, No doubt getting harder to find in decent condition, !!
Record will be posted in fully protective packaging.
