I DO SHIP WORLDWIDE. IF ANYONE IS UNABLE TO PLACE A BID PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL ANY TIME DURING THE LISTING AND I WILL LET YOU BID MANUALLY.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I have been a buyer of vinyl records on Ebay and elsewhere online for quite some time so I know well all pain and frustration the buyers get due to incorrect or misleading descriptions of records provided by some sellers (even 100 % positive - my experience) that unfortunately becomes an increasing problem on Ebay. So my description is made from a buyer`s and not from a seller`s standpoint. My goal is to sell and make purchase pleasant to a buyer otherwise why buy music.
A RARE 1970 ENGLAND STEREO 1st pressing on the BLUE LIBERTY label with cat. # LBS 83348 matrices A//1 B//1
The matt E.J. Day & Co GATEFOLD cover is in great shape in EX+ condition - please see pictures. Simply no real problems to mention except for a few light creases along the spine and slight corners bumps. Intact and fully readable spine. Inside gatefold is great. No unnecessary writings throughout. Great cover.
The vinyl is visually in EX to EX+ condition with a few tiny surface marks. Great sheen. Side 1 - a surface scuffline crossing tracks 2 and 3. Side 2 - a small mark and a surface scuffline between track 1 and 2. Some of them produce quiet clicks. I have played it in full prior to listing and overall playback is with slight non-intrusive background and a few light occasional clicks here and there. There is one skip at the intro of Track 1 produced by something invisible - I tried to find what causes this skip but really failed. I may assume that some turntables could play it without a skip. No more skips or any jumps at all. Due to this skip track S1 playgraded VG+.The rest of the record is strong EX.
The 1st press BLUE LIBERTY labels are in EX condition with mild wear to the spindle hole and spindle traces visible in angled position. There is a previous owner name written in biro on side 1 label - see pictures.
Overall a very nice example of this RARITY. Good investment opportunity. No reserve auction
Grading is based on the Record Collectors Grading System.
