HAWKWIND - X IN SEARCH OF SPACE, 1971 VINYL LP 1ST PRESSING A1U B1U EXCELLENT Condition is "Used". This release has an innovative 8-page, 3-fold die-cut heavy card sleeve. Opened out, it forms a 'T' shape. This shape is printed black & white on inside and full-colour on reverse.
When the lower page is folded up (to contain the liner) the sleeve then takes the form of a 6-page triptych - with the die-cut tab & slot linking together at the centre. When locked 'closed' the liner/vinyl can still be inserted via the top opening. The package also contains an A4, 24-page 'Log Book', packed with the minutiae of the band's 'flight' through space & time. This 'Log' is printed black on white 'newspaper-quality' paper. Excellent sleeve and log book, also original United Artists inner sleeve, it would be hard to find better. No scratches, no spindle wear, clean labels, plays very well. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
