This is the 1st ever UK Issue of `In Search Of Space` By Hawkwind released in 1971 on the United Artists label in a great `Gimmix` foldout gatefold Sleeve, this copy contains a mint copy of the multipage space booklet which was only available for a short time and is incredibly hard to find. The Vinyl plays through great a real find
Matrix: Side 1 UAG 29202 A - Side 2 - UAG 29202 B1
Vinyl (EX+) Plays Great with no sticks or jumps etc, under bright halogen lights I can see light sleeve removal scuffs and a couple of hairlines, no feelable scratches! Nice Copy
Inserts - the all important original space log booklet is in top condition and what makes this a rarity
Labels - Lovely Clean UA labels, just a few visible spindle lines
Sleeve (EX) - Original 1st issue `Gimmix` E.J.Day matt finish gatefold, some minor edgewear, nice spine, Connection tab still sound and not torn, a nice copy (Please see photos for complete overview)
I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & Bubble Wrap
The vinyl record will be removed from the album cover for transit purposes and plus both placed in a plastic sleeve
For worldwide buyers if you order more than 1 item I can combine them in the same package to save on postage
I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in UK Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
