Hawkwinds amazing 2nd album

United Artists Records UAG29202 A-1U/B-2U STEREO.  


Condition:
Cover:- Not great. Edges are all worn and corners have been bashed a lot over the years.  Rear sleeve the print is rubbed away from the LP being stored inside (so produces a ring effect).  Front sleeve middle part is a little "dog-eared".  The last jagged edge is VERY "dog-eared" and has torn slightly.  The part which fastened the sleeve together has been torn completely off.  The inside of the sleeve is actually quite good, some discolouring due to age but otherwise unaffected.
Vinyl:- The vinyl is the best part of this LP.  Side A has some slight scuff marks and a couple of surface marks - but NO scratches.  Side B does have a smal scratch on the first track.  There's scuffing to this side as well.  I have played the vinyl thru and apart from loving the music I found there to be little surface noise.  The sound quality is quite good.

I will say to find an original release of this album in absolutely top condition is near impossible.  The design of the sleeve, though different and a great idea, doesn't hold well over the years, most copies of this release are torn and have parts missing now, very sad, such a great album.

All in all not bad condition for a 43 year old album
